Supporting Individual Needs:
- • Assisting residents with daily living activities: This includes bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the day.
- • Medication reminders and monitoring: You'll collaborate with nurses to ensure residents receive their medications on time and accurately, while offering gentle reminders and reporting any potential concerns.
- • Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment: You'll help maintain residents' apartments through light housekeeping tasks like laundry, dishes, and vacuuming, creating a welcoming and familiar space.
Enhancing Daily Life:
- • Planning, preparing, and serving meals: You'll be part of a team that prepares and serves nutritious and delicious meals, catering to individual preferences and dietary needs, while fostering a sense of community during mealtimes.
- • Offering assistance with mobility: This includes assisting residents with transfers, walking, and engaging them in physical activities tailored to their abilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- • Providing transportation support: You'll accompany residents to appointments, activities, errands, and shopping, ensuring they can participate in the community and maintain their social connections.
